Hot Head Burritos - Beavercreek

I ordered online and my order took longer than people walked in after me. The second time I ordered online I showed up to find out they were out of Queso, how a place like this can run out of queso is unbelievable.

Chicken was very dry and burnt.white rice was cold and asked for extra cheese and they put a pinch on it and I even paid for extra cheese. Don't think I will go back there.

I purchased two Bowls. Both had 2 large chunks of beef each, sitting on top of an almost entire bowl of rice. The meat was so tough I could barely chew it, and I had to pull it apart to try and spread it throughout my bowl. Worst Hothead EVER!!

Food is consistent, tasty, and plentiful. Sign posted says, Sorry for the longer wait. We 're understaffed. The staff that is there could be a tad bit more customer service oriented. BUT, I keep going back to their grumpy butts. SO who knows?
