Cupcakes were absolutely delicious, staff was kind and friendly, 10/10 will be going back!

The staff member was unprofessional; she was handling the cupcakes without gloves, which is concerning for hygiene. It feels like the quality has declined over the past six months or so. Additionally, the woman in the white tank top was very rude. I want to continue supporting this business, but the way I was treated today was far from professional. This situation needs to be addressed before you risk losing more customers like me.

I stopped by today to pick up a cupcake for myself and one for my son, whose birthday is just around the corner. I noticed a cupcake flavor I hadn't seen before: cotton candy! I decided to try it for myself, and wow! It exceeded all my expectations! It perfectly captured the sweet cotton candy flavor I was hoping for. The icing was rich and undeniably cotton candy-flavored, while the cake was soft and moist—absolute perfection! A big thank you to the lovely Devin for suggesting this cupcake instead of my usual choice. She was spot on, and I'm so glad I went with her recommendation! This place is amazing. If you haven't been, hurry there—don't walk! You need to experience the best cupcake you've ever had!
