Bj's Brewhouse - Beavercreek

We have made reservations for a family meeting on Christmas Eve almost a week ago. at 2:00 a.m. we got a call that the bj suddenly decided that they closed early and canceled our reservation. unfortunately there were no other restaurants that had openings for our Christmas evening dinner. I asked the person when they decided to close early and she said 15 minutes ago. if a restaurant is to be open until 10:00 and accepts its reservation, they must honor it and not decide in the last minute to close and ruin customer plans. very disappointed by bjs, with which I often dine. corporate management must now ruin our sacred evening plans as this location!

I had a reservation of 6:30 for Christmas dinner. I made this reservation three weeks early. at 1:30 a.m. on 24. I received a call in which the restaurant was closed at 5:00 a.m. of course I could not find another restaurant to take my family so short term. this restaurant ruined a holiday plan without a declaration, no announcement.

I had a very enjoyable experience at this restaurant.

Service was excellent!!! Our waitress( Iesha) was outstanding.

The service was great. our waitress, bretagne, went beyond and beyond to make us welcome. they gave us and all their customers individual service. eating was particularly good. the portions were generous and everything was served hot and fresh from the kitchen.
