Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Beaver

Great flavor selection! Staff is so nice!! Kids love it!

I received a single scoop waffle cone and I've never had to eat the cone to get to the ice cream.‍ I think next time I'll be going to another location for ice cream. Update I called the store and the person on the other line was not professional at all and wanted to know what I wanted. I explained that I received a response to call the number and the lady had no clue. The person in the background was stating exactly what my review was so I asked to speak to her and she said she was busy making ice cream. She again asked what I needed.

Real ice cream with so many flavors to choose from. This place stays busy. The y have other desserts besides I cream shakes, ice cream cakes, Sundaes. You will not be disappointed. Black cherry, pistachio, mint chip, brickle, they have all the flavors.

Ive been to Brusters on several occasions. The ice cream or yogurt is incredible. Whatever ingredients they use is a perfect combination of flavor/texture.

So my mom, my daughter and I went to get ice cream tonight and I got a small chocolate in a waffle bowl with m&ms on it. The waffle bowl was very stale I couldn’t even chew it so I nicely told the girl it was stale and she said “I’m not really sure what to do about it, all of our stuff is stale we make it the day before.” I said “Okay, we’ll can I just get a new one?” She said “Sure but it’s going to be stale too” I said “That’s fine” she gives me another waffle bowl and says “Do you want just a new bowl?” I said “Yea that’s fine” she said “Okay, but it’s stale too.” The new one was not stale at all and was way better the second time around. We always go to bruster’s in Bridgewater but when you’re working in customer service you should try and make the customers happy in order for them to return.
