Wendy's - Beaver Falls

Quick and fresh. No complaints! Service staff was nice.

This used to be the best Wendy's around, but twice the lady at the window has argued with me and told me grilled chicken isn't an option for the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club. Now today, she told me I was getting grilled and I still got Classic chicken.

I hate wendys. Overpriced. The greasy buns. Absolutely disgusting. Employees are ok. But food is terrible.

Lord I thought people would be trained for a brand new restaurant. It takes close to 20 or 30 minutes to get your order. They seem to not understand how to read the screen orders and wow the whole crew is unhappy. It looks like there is no leadership at all. So many fries and nuggets piled up in boxes on the counter not under a heat lamp. That's why they aren't hot and barely even warm. Maybe I'll try it again next year when they have more experience

Hunter at the main desk was extremely kind/helpful and is a very valuable worker.
