Contribuiți la feedbackThe food is absolutely to die! The cauliflower soup could have been the best I've ever put in my mouth #pause. The short rib melts in my mouth and was perfectly cooked. I'd definitely come back to Beaver Creek to eat here. 10/10!!!
Grouse Mountain Grill offers a delightful culinary experience. The fresh baked bread with coarse salt and tapenade was a great start. Divided the Kale Salat with a refreshing cucumber green goddess that rolled with a 6 minute egg in Panko and sung slightly, which was a beautiful supplement. The Pandora Red Scallops were large and perfectly cooked with a beautiful sailor and a solid moist interior. They were accompanied by delicately roasted multicolored carrots, floral charcoal and a grape pistachio relish, which also made a delicious topping for the scallops. The New Zealand Elk-Loin stole the show. Cooked medium rarely was perhaps the most tender meat I had. If you have never had moose and are skeptical, this is the place to try. The elk was accordingly served with a large combination of wild mushroom Risotto, roasted beets, parsips and a hearty Huckleberry Jus, which provided a beautiful diving sauce for the elk. The menu has a tempting selection of pages, but we found we had a lot with what was included with the Entres. We cut off the dinner with the classic Bailey Cream brulee that was one of the best we had. The portion is large enough to share. If you are in the village of Beaver Creek, you will appreciate the creative menu and attention to detail from cook and staff.
We had the most beautiful time. The spicy cocktail was a huge winner and the Somalia hit it from the park with the Italian wine, which he paired with my scallops and my husband 'spretzel covered pork stall. The pumpkin soup was a great starter and the ambience is perfect Bergchic. Cosy and charming
Best meal of our trip. We've been living in Vail since Thursday. This was the best meal we have steak tare with bone marrow, duck confit, veal osso bucco, and Jessica makes the most amazing cocktails was knee and a bar call. The waiters Harold and Dave were great. You were a great experience! I recommend you very!!!!!!
Grouse Mountain Grill has become one of our favorite restaurants in the Vail Valley. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is professional, friendly, and eager to make your evening perfect. The food is consistently delicious. Our favorite entrees are the pork chop and the beef tenderloin. We highly recommend this restaurant in The Pines Lodge in Beaver Creek.
