Mcdonald's - Beaumont

I ordered a double Big Mac meal at the drive-thru and brought it home. The meal was hot and fresh, which was nice. However, the top two patties on my burger had nothing added to them. There was only one piece of cheese on the entire burger, along with a small amount of lettuce and sauce. It was dry, tasteless, and quite disappointing. I will be reaching out to McDonald's Canada to let them know about the poor quality of their products. It's unacceptable, especially considering the prices they charge.

Although I understand that this is a fast food establishment and expectations should be adjusted accordingly, I still believe that my food should be prepared without any hair in it and all items from my order should be included. I called and addressed this issue with someone who assured me that it would be better next time, but unfortunately, the problem was not resolved.

The employee I encountered today was very rude and disrespectful. She is the main reason why I will not be returning to this restaurant. Even though it is McDonald's, her behavior ruined my entire evening and made me feel unwelcome. She should be terminated as she showed no friendliness or professionalism. I wish I could give zero stars for this experience. I visited on April 15th at 1 PM, and I recommend addressing this issue with the employee in question.

Good clean location. cash that served me very slowly, I had a person in front of me, lasted about 10 minutes. I'm turning around the same. if the person training eile hour is not a good time for it.

I guess since it is fast food I should not be surprised but really. I can not remember the last time I had food that was actually warm, let alone hot. Cold fries and rubbery burgers are not the way. To top it off, I just returned and bit into the 1st chicken mcnuggat. CRUNCH! as something hard was fried into it (an hour or so ago since it too was cold). The fries are so bad cold that our dog takes one and throws it in the air to play with, then leaves it on the floor when she is done playing.Good thing that Wendy's opened. I am assuming that they do not care about competition. Good thing it is only supposed to be a treat to be had every once in a while. Don't think we'll be going back tho. I am more than curious what in the world I bit into.
