Buster's Pizza Donair - Beaumont

Ordered 2 donairs and a 10 inch pizza with jalapeño poppers. Got a call saying that they were out of the poppers no big deal so got mozzarella sticks instead. When I got the food the pizza was good but the donair meat was hard a tasted burnt I had missing veggies in the donair that I paid extra for the mozzarella sticks were also hard and cold. Normally have a good experience with Busters in Leduc but the Beaumont location is horrible will not be getting my business anymore I will continue to support the leduc location but not Beaumont.

Food is quite good. However they need to learn how to use their debit/credit machine. Took 5 tries to get the right amount on the screen to pay. Originally charged me .40 cents then charged me the whole amount of the bill (so I was going to be overcharged) then voided the transaction, tried again 2 more times. Then called me several times after we had picked up our food and were back home claiming that my card was declined and they needed me to pay again. I refused to pay and checked my banking this morning to verify it was charged to my account. Not only was it their mistake, but they tried over charging me and then tried charging me again.. This isn't the first time I've had negative service there (forgetting half my order and then argued with me that I did receive all my order)

This restaurant is amazing! The pizza is always spot on, and the wings are delectable. The donairs are excellent too! They always make you feel welcome. In terms of quality, quantity, and cleanliness, this place scores high! The staff also adheres strictly to COVID safety measures, which I find very reassuring. I highly recommend it whenever you're in the mood for a great meal with family and friends. Keep up the fantastic work!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I was instructed to pick up my pizza in 20 minutes, but when I arrived much later, I was told it still wasn't ready. They then informed me that there had been a mistake with one of the pizzas and asked if I would accept it as it was. I said no, so I ended up waiting another 20 minutes for the correct one to be made. When I finally got home, I discovered my pizza had no sauce and was completely tasteless. I definitely would not recommend this place.

The pizza is loaded with cheese and has a light amount of sauce. They place the toppings underneath the cheese, which is unique. The crust strikes a nice balance – not too thick, not too thin. The donair was delicious and filled with a generous amount of meat, and the wings were quite good as well. I would definitely order from here again, though I would prefer extra sauce on the pizza to suit my taste.
