The Sand Trap Sports Grill - Beaumont

My wife and I had a very first date at the Sand Trap and so every year afterwards we go and have the exact same meal. We had the first time with an addition or two. It is basically bar food, but tasty and the service is always great. Is definitely a locals joint but always fun.

The shrimp taste is delicious, any food is tasty, the attention from the waiters is very good. The price of the dishes is affordable.

Great food! My husband and I split a salad and a burger. The salad was really good and I love a juicy burger and this one was AMAZING!! It was a weeknight so we decided to not have a cocktail but will go back for sure and have one!!

I was visiting from Indiana, and I got to pick a place my friends who live in Beaumont have never been to. Service and food were very good. Those onion rings are the best ever! My friends said they would go back. We would, too, but too long of a drive from Indiana! Needed the flashlight on the phone to read the menu. It was so dark. It was very noisy. But it's a bar, so that is expected. Overall, it is a very nice place and has reasonable prices for California.

As someone who doesn't go to bars often, I would go to The Sand Trap every night if I get to talk to their bartenders because they are some of the nicest people I've ever met in the Food service industry.
