Contribuiți la feedbackAbout 8:35 a.m. this Sunday night, my family wanted to come by for a quick sandwich. The ?drive thru open? Light was on, so we decided to try that instead of going in. Drove back to thru drive and a polite voice came over the intercom and indicated that they would be back in a few minutes to get our order. Another car came after us. About 5 minutes later a voice came back to the intercom and said they were closed now, so sorry, we could not order. Does the Subway Managing Director/Manager know that employees treat/use customers in this way or is this type of treatment expected by subway management as closing time approaches?
New employees, but senior person was knowledgeable and very nice. The patient took the orders and made sure that the children got all their options. Even a discount.
I just want you to cut the sandwich manufacturers a12 inch sandwich unevenly and give me the shorter end. When I told her it was the short end, she told me it was 6 inches. I'm 72 years old. I would have left the store, but I finished my order. I was hungry. I'm not going back to this place. Because I'm older, I'm respected. Well, guess! You won't see my money anymore. There are other places to go and my money will go there.
Great service here. Came during 12:30 lunch rush and they had enough employees to make it happen with very little wait time. Vegetable were fresh and the employees were professional. Can't ask for much more.
