We've been waiting in 3rd window for 20mins for our mocha frappe order! I went inside told them we are still waiting they are very unpleasant! And the lady who took our receipt even denied it! We left didnt wait for the refund will not bother anymore of coming back! This happens to me thrice already at the same location!

I just order a mocha frappe, even do I was first on line, I waited until the serve all the cars behind me. After more the 10 minutes waiting on the 3 window no body care to serve me, I ask for my money back .

I was so pleased I got my extra sauce as I asked my grandsons nuggets were so fresh my grandson was pleased. Friendly and polite I will definitely visit again when in Beaumont. Keep up the great work y'all are greatly appreciated.
