IHOP - Beaumont

It was kind of packed and seemed like they were just a waitress. But she was amazing! I wish I got her name. Quickly put us and use our drinks and then quickly our order. We have our food exactly as we ordered it hot, fresh and tasteful.

The latest manager is doing an excellent job. Our server, Mike, was great. Our drinks stayed full and our food came just as we ordered it. The ground manager, Jamie, made sure you come by and check us out. I noticed she was talking to every table. This was an enormous improvement over our experience a year ago.

One thing is certain that you can't beat her pancakes, although I'm not a big eater, the portions are more than enough. Coffee is nice and hot and on point; not too strong or watered. I was there at 5 a.m. and it was very peaceful, quiet and very clean. Keep the great setting and service for your customers.

As always it was loud and friendly in IHop! The food was delicious with many seasonal favorites. Prices are reasonable and prices are large. It is a very child-friendly place.

The waitress was on her game. She kept our drinks filled, was very couteous and had a great attitude even though she was working christmas day. The whole staff was nice today the manager even shook my hand as i was leaving.if this place is this pleasant on Christmas they have to be a very special group of folks i would go to this location any time.
