Chick-fil-a - Beaumont

We're always greeted so nicely. But Mrs. Kim is great!! I don't know what she's doing, but she definitely needs a raise. Your kindness and bubble personality is so difficult to find. She definitely goes beyond and beyond for her customers. The staff at this point is phenomenal. Thank you for providing such a great fast food experience.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at this restaurant, as it was unlike anything I have ever experienced before. This was all thanks to Kim, who was absolutely amazing! While this place is often referred to as a Christian restaurant, it went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I was feeling a bit frustrated with my service, but Kim approached me with kindness, compassion, and generosity, even though she had no obligation to do so. Her kindness was so touching that it inspired me to be more compassionate as well. We ended up leaving feeling grateful and are now loyal customers of Chick-fil-A. Thank you, Kim, for making our experience so wonderful.

I really dislike this restaurant... I can't stand it... it's always too crowded with people, and I'm not a fan of crowds. The only reason I'm giving it any stars is because my daughter adores Chick-fil-A more than anything, even more than she loves me. Yes, Chick-fil-A, I envy the bond you have with my child that I don't have.

Always crazy busy, but food always fresh and how you order it. Rivaldo was the team member who made our visit fabulous today.

Drove up thought oh no im going to be here a while. But not so was through the three wide deep lines in less than 10 minutes. Only complaint is the didnt add the sauce I needed for my wraps and was not going back to get it. But I love this place. Put more salt on the fries please. God continue to bless the restaurant.
