Chick-fil-a - Beaumont

Exceptional food and genuine service, all served with a smile! We hadn't dined at McDonald's until we had the pleasure of trying it out. Don't forget about McDonald's!

I can't speak to the service or food since I've never been to the restaurant, but I do know two of the staff members, and they have wonderful smiles and friendly personalities! If only one of them would send me some Chick-fil-A so I could try it! I've never been a customer there.

The staff is very friendly, and the food quality is consistently high. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for my order, even when they’re busy. If I do have to wait, they’re kind enough to offer ice cream or cookies while I wait. Plus, they offer free refills, which is a great value. I have no complaints!

Wow it was the longest line I had ever seen at any drive-thru, when I went to get in the line I automatically thought I would be there for at least 45 minutes I called my wife she said it would be quick she wasn't joking it literally only took me 7 minutes to order and get my food. They did an awesome job!

As a somewhat strict reviewer I still say 5 stars. Not just because the food is amazing, but the employees interacted with my infant son and made tons of friendly eye contact and asked if we needed anything else. Very personal experience and just the right portion. I split a 12 pc nugget and fries with my wife and half n half tea. Great job folks.
