Sakehouse Bluffton Japanese Steakhouse And Sushi

Came for a woman's dinner and this place was perfect. Waitresses were very nice and food was amazing. Lunch specialities were perfectly appreciated for the huge portions!

Sake House is the kind of local restaurant you just love to find and make your regular dining spot. They make the most beautiful sushi plates with a great variety of fish, everything from salmon to tuna, yellow fin, shrimp, and eel. They also have bento boxes with katsu dishes and teriyaki options. They have the restaurant divided in half. One side is the quieter sushi bar and dining side, and the other side is the hibachi side. The hibachi shows are very fun, albeit a bit loud, so if you have children or adults with sensory issues in your party, keep this in mind. Service at the Sake House is very attentive and helpful. They have the nicest servers. Definitely give them a try!

Amazing place. The rolls are so delicious. My favorite one was the volcano roll. Get it and thank me later . After five rolls and two deserts for four people, I can say we’re all happy and our bellies are full. Thank you!

Supported Sake House during Covid-19 and it was always wonderful food and service. Our regular order was Kani Salad, Edamame, Volcano Sushi Roll, and Steak Shrimp Hibachi. In the past 6-months with Covid-19 restrictions relaxing, it seems their quality of food has also relaxed. The last two times ordering the Volcano Sushi Roll, it had a funky taste, was soggy instead of being crispy on the outside as normal, and just plain not appealing. The Kani Salad on the last visit was not prepared correctly, it didn’t have the correct dressing and tasted all together wrong. We’ve decided to give this restaurant a break and maybe come back at a later date, as in the past it was one of our favorite restaurants and I’m not willing to give up on them just quite yet. Hoping they can correct their food issues and get back to the quality service and food I remember them having.

Service was friendly and fast. The food was warm and delicious. I ate two sweet potato rolls. Would recommend. I had the Hibachi before and it was great too!
