Ihop - Beaufort

We enjoyed a 2-egg breakfast that included crispy bacon, rye toast, hash browns, and coffee. The service was attentive and friendly, and the time from ordering to receiving our meal was reasonable. The only reason I gave it a 4-star rating is that my hash browns were boiled and served cold; I took a bite and set them aside. Otherwise, the rest of the meal was quite good—the eggs were hot and the bacon was perfectly crispy as I had requested.

Last February, Emily greeted us when we arrived, and she was friendly, courteous, and very efficient. My daughter was a bit hesitant about coming here, but we both agreed to order breakfast, which was served promptly and exactly as we requested. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly. Although I'm not usually a fan of diners like Denny's or IHOP, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and food preparation. I regret not taking any photos because the dishes looked just as delicious as they tasted!

During our holiday, we were happy to choose this place for breakfast. There were plenty of options on the menu. The establishment was clean, and the staff was wonderful, helpful, and friendly. It was refreshing to see them working together, which is rare in many places. Thank you for the outstanding service! We will definitely be back!

On 4.23.22 at 10:30, my wife, my son and myself decided to enjoy IHOP. There are a number of people coming in. The hostess however took responsibility and began to sit every one in a few minutes. She wore us the rear corner. It was no surprise that they were short staff (where there is a lack of staff, so patience goes a long way) so I expected a few Hiccups here and there. We were greeted by our waitress Danielle. Very friendly and professional. When she had all the right reasons to be upset, she wasn't at all. She waited for seven tables that were pretty much on it. She did everything with a friendly smile and didn't let her cool. She took every drink order at the same time that no one has anything to wait for. It came back in a few minutes with everyone drinks/coffee/water at the same time. She placed them all on a table nearby and started handing them out. It was like it was a big party of 25 people. Everyone's order at the same time, so no one would feel out. It was polite. Very attentive. This waitress could have used the excuse that we are short employees to demonstrate a bad attitude. Instead, she made us all welcome. Believe me we've been with many IHOPS and that wasn't the case! IHOP is very happy to have someone like Danielle in their team. She is definitely a blessing! Thank you. Danielle for my family feel great! The seeds you now will harvest a great and abundant harvest!!

Tonight we had an amazing young man as our server. I didn't catch his name, but I'm sure his shift can be checked. He was respectful, in time asked if we need something during our meal. Food was great!
