Chick-fil-a - Beaufort

Cathey Truett is rolling over in his grave! Not only were my fries the worst ever from a CFA but the Management was combative, rude and kept interrupting me. What happened to the Customer being #1 and they?re always right? 1st time to this CFA and itwill be my last. BEWARE: check your food quality before leaving. Or you?ll have to bring the food back for a refund!!! Someonetossed stale old over cooked hard as a rock fries in with freshly cooked fries! Absolutely disgusting. When I spoke to the DMKyla ? on a cheap old phone with a poor connection, full of bad static and interruptions, she was abusive and tried togaslight me! So much for Christian values. NEVER AGAIN.

Talk about efficient! Had staff outside taking orders Another girl handled the money exchange, then around by the window, there were 2 people handing out food. What a great experience. 2 lines were moving at one time. Great job. Heads up to themanagement and staff..Super

This place never surprises me how organized the journey is. you can go straight over the road to mcdonald’s and wait 15 minutes for 3 people or you can go to Chick-fil-A. I went at 9 o'clock and it was pretty busy both roads were used. me exactly 5 minutes from going through to going out with my meal and that was partly through someone before me with more complicated order.

They aren’t quite crushing it at this CFA. The staff is very pleasant. Food is up to standards. Dining room needs cleaned more often. Tables usually have goop and crumbs from prior guests. One of the lobby doors is always locked. On this visit condiment stand was missing straws and stirrers. And the garbage can we’re full at 6:45 in the morning.

This Chick-fil-A is on my avoid list. However I decided to give them another chance a year later. They've gotten worse. Twenty minutes in line. The gentleman taking my order seemed like he could care less to take my order. He seemed to get very annoyed when I reiterated three times no pickle. So my order had extra pickles I can only assume this was done on purpose. My large order of fries was only 80% full and cold..my pickly sandwich was thrown out and my half unsweetened tea an lemonade was full sweet..undrinkable..the staff seemed unorganized and chaotic. Management needs a field trip to the Hinesville Ga. Chick-fil-A to see how a high volume drive through is properly run. Will not return.
