I hesitate to write this because it could translate into difficulties in getting a reservation in the future, but they deserve it. The food is authentic, plentiful, tasty and... very cheap. The owners and their daughter are always friendly and welcoming and go out their way to take you. I strongly recommend the place
Resto is rather small so reservation is recommended. All food beautifully fresh well served but portions are enormous my antipasti would have comfortably done for 2! After the pasta course unfortunately had no room for meat course so on to dessert which was...equally large. Would certainly go again to try what I had been forced to miss. Definitely a find.
I travel a lot and I travel alone, which can often be a little awkward 'table for one? ' however not here, this restaurant made me feel extremely welcome as we pushed through a mix of French, Italian and English conversation. The food was gorgeous...and extremely good value for money. The atmosphere was bustling and I left very full and happy. The best food I ve eaten so far on my travels in this area. Highly recommended.
We were lucky to get a table for 5 without reservations. The young waiter just put two tables together so we had enough space. Very simple. We had a very tasty starter plate, pasta, beef and delicious deserts. The waiter spoke perfectly English and helped us understand our French. A wonderful evening with great food, a wonderful atmosphere outside and a very open crew to serve our wishes!
This place was recommended by our hotel. We had a wonderful dinner and will be definitely going back very soon. The pasta was fresh and cooked al dente and the the tiramisu was perfect! Bravo!
