Subway - Beardstown

This is probably the worst Subway I have ever been to. We arrived close to closing time, about 45 minutes before, and found that the lobby was already closed. We had to go through the drive-thru to order our food. When we got to the window, it seemed like the staff was unorganized and confused. We waited for 30 minutes just to get 4 sandwiches. Each time they brought out a sandwich, they would announce it at the window, "We have the Italian BMT, we have the Cold Cut Combo, we have the House Mayo sauce." It was a frustrating and slow experience.

The meal was decent, but the overpriced cookies were disappointingly hard instead of soft. The service was adequate.

I ordered a salad with lettuce and spinach, but they did not include it. I also requested for my salad to be chopped like they do at Havana, but they refused. For $11, I expect my order to be correct.

This subway is a joke. I’m still waiting for my callback and refund!!!!

Good place, nothing special, good for a quick bite, friendly staff
