Rita's Italian Ice - Bear

I’m originally from South Carolina and had never tried custard until now. I can’t believe how amazing it is—I don’t think I’ll ever want regular ice cream again! Thank you for introducing me to the wonderful taste of frozen custard. It was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back.

Rita's Water Ice is exactly what you'd expect from a water ice place. Their water ice truly lives up to its name. I've been here dozens of times and the service is consistently great, along with the water ice and ice cream. I haven't had any negative experiences, at least not for me. The location may not be the most picturesque, but it's conveniently located away from popular spots like Fox Run and other shops.

Today (March 20th) is always a busy day at Rita's because they give away small water ice creams for free. Everything else is at regular price. The line was long, but the staff did a great job getting people served promptly.

I was so happy to find a Rita's close to my house! Never had any problems with the staff here. They always provide me with the QR code to scan.
