Pros: 1. The submarines are tasty, especially compared to those from Mike's restaurant. 2. The staff is friendly. Cons: 1. The lasagna is disappointing; it tastes like Chef Boyardee. 2. The fried chicken sandwich features a Costco-quality nugget in a bun. 3. There are no managers available to address issues on weekends. 4. If you order something that you don’t like, they have a policy that doesn’t allow for exchanges, so you end up making the same choice again.
