P.f. Chang's China Bistro - Beachwood

One of the worst meals of my life. I tasted my wife's dietary coke from soap. I had Seared Ahi Tuna app, tuna was cooked to perfection, beautiful and rare, but drowned in so much sauce that you could taste nothing but the sauce. My wife had Kung Pao Chicken, that was so salty that it was not possible. I had Singapore Street Noodles, boiled over, sticky mess, that should be Curry, but only had the slightest hint of Curry. I had better Chinese food on the buffet. I was amazed at how busy the place was and how no one seemed different as we were.

That was such a disappointment! beginning with eating it was very bland. the appetizers were like something that I could have created from a box. the main courts were also blunt and inspiring. the atmosphere was chaotic, eating was forgotten, the seats were sticky and the toilets were dirty and shut down. we would not go back and never recommend this place to everyone.
