No Fork Beachwood

I dined in for breakfast. I had a breakfast burrito and my boyfriend had a steak egg and cheese bagel. We both had homefries. The atmosphere was nice and chill. I enjoyed it so much now it’s a lunch/ breakfast favorite at work. Great customer service! The owners are great people!

Service wasn’t good, order was wrong and I was over charged. I might think about going back ??

I’m going to start off on a good note. The food was very, very good. It was well cooked and tasty, but to pay at that price point for a burrito and french toast, I was disappointed in the plastic spoons and eating out of styrofoam to-go containers. There is no wait staff. When you walk in, you don’t know what to do. We were eventually told to grab a menu, have a seat and then come back up to order. It took 40 minutes to get our food. With breakfast I was also hoping to have coffee but there’s no coffee.It was weird to see a man preparing raw burger meat off to the side of us. I really hope that this restaurant can get some reliable customer service because as I said, the food was really, really good, and I would hate to see a place that has great food go down with the rest of them!I will definitely order from them again, but only to-go. It seems like a very new establishment, so I do want to give it another chance. Good luck!
