Taco Cabana - Baytown

Horrible experience, everything was a disappointment. I typically don't leave negative reviews, but this was exceptionally bad. We ordered the street tacos... they were small, like Jack in the Box tiny tacos, with very little meat. It took 30 minutes to receive our order and the food was clearly not fresh. I would not recommend this place.

I used doordash 2x in this week to breakfast from here. every time several items are missing. it's ridiculous. even if I go to drive thru the customer service is terrible! the small children who work there have no communication skills. they simply nod their head yes or no like idiots who can not speak better!

Baytown location is the worst place where it was. tries to get a queen without twirling and they said it wasn't pissing. although I had last week at tc in huntsville. my order from the location baytown was wrong, tried to load me the wrong price (really 1/2 my order cost), then had to ask how my great order of chips and queso did not come with chips. with a straight face, she had to ask her manager. get them to eat home missing a taco and the jalapeno salsa I specifically requested. I would rather register for experimental lobottomies than return to this site

They talk about disappointing, no drilling, I was sad when the brisket taco left, but now no salsa bar. I have been getting down the standards since the pandemic, but it took forever, a dry Bland quidilla asked for salsa never saw her again. there was only one other table, so I'm confused why it took so long. I loved taco cabana, but that was scattered three. I don't give a star. I usually don't choose a review if I can't be positiw, but really disappointed three times.

This was a wierd experience. The girl at the front counter was doing her best as it was her first day. No one was helping her at all and it seems they failed to train her but she was still nice and helpful. The kitchen however was terrible. Guy before us had sent his order back 3 times and was still wrong. Our order took much longer than ever before. They were not even close to being busy either. What I could see and hear was loud and obnoxious goofing around in the kitchen. Basically the only person really working was the poor girl upfront with no real help.
