Sonic Drive-in - Baytown

I genuinely believe they're making efforts to improve at this restaurant. The staff appears to be more welcoming and friendly. I personally avoid fast food places that treat customers like cattle in a line. It's essential for employees to be personable, as they tend to care more about the customers' experience. I hope they continue this positive trend! Anyone who had a negative experience—myself included—should give it another shot!

The Churroshake was fantastic! I'm not a big fan of Sonic because I find that the taste of their drinks often changes, but their shakes are really wonderful.

This Sonic is fantastic! I always place my order through the app, and they consistently deliver quickly with hot food. Emma and Ivan usually bring out my order, and they are incredibly friendly. This location is far better than the ones in Crosby.

Sometimes the food is excellent, but they often forget the sauce. I ordered popcorn with Som-Poppers and even asked if the sauce was included, only to be told that there shouldn’t be any. So, be sure to check your bag if you want sauce!

I like the App. It makes it convenient for me when I'm in a hurry. Great service
