Contribuiți la feedbackWe had horrible service on Sunday. I've never had a bad experience with El Toro until Sunday afternoon. Took a waiter 10 minutes to address US (party of 2) he brought our chips and salsa, took our drink order and never saw him again! We set out TIMER for 7 minutes and then we walked out. (I dislike walking out but we gave him plenty of time to come back with our WATERAND TEA) The restaurant wasn't even busy at that very moment. El Toro please do better
We had a very large party so it took a little longer than normal. Super nice staff! Very good food!
We were in Baytown for a weekend getaway. Friday night dinner was at El Toro (great pick thanks to my husband ???? . Place was packed and we had a 30-45 minute wait but was seated in 10-15. Our waiter was Logan and he was great. We informed him it wasour first time and he gave us his recommendations but my husband wanted fajitas which was actually really good the steak wastasty and tender the chicken was tender and moist. If you do the fajitas you have to get the chipotle garlic sauce(delicious ?. Thank you Logan for the great customer service you made the experience delightful. The manager January waspleasant????
Very clean, Mary, my server, was excellent. I got my food quickly, good portion size, delicious. Bring a sweater if you dine in because they keep it cold! I had The Bandido.(3 enchiladas(chicken, cheese, beef fajita with different sauces atop). Reasonablypriced. I just HAD to get some cilantro green sauce and chips to enjoy at home! Margarita was rather weak.
Every other visit except for today's has been great. I love their fajitas and pretty much all of their food choices. So today's rating goes to their to-go department. Today I decided to order a fajita salad to-go, and when I get to my desk and open it up,I see that there are only 7 pieces of meat in my salad, 7! I paid $17 plus $3 tip for this! See pic please. When I have eaten inhouse this is NOT the case. I feel jipped. Do better El Toro Baytown.
