Bayou City Wings - Baytown

Idk what happened on this day but whenever my coworkers order they always have plenty sauce. When I order that's what I get sauce on only one side (no the plate was never tilted. The fries on the right was to dry to finish ?

The food was great! That is the only positive thing I have to say about this place. Our waitress finally took our drink/starter order 10 minutes after we arrived. Then the triple play appetizer we order was wrong. When we tried to tell them the error it took awhile for anyone to even return to the table, to have it fixed. Then while we were waiting for the food correction we ate the wrong appetizer bc the lady left it at the table. Then about 10 minutes the manager showed up and said that because we ate the appetizer she couldn 't bring the correction. Then we waited another 10-15 minutes for our main meal. Then 3 people in our party ran out of our drinks. We had to tell her we were out of drinks when she asked if everything was okay. Then she brought the wrong drinks after we reminded her what they were. Then when we were ready to go, we waited another 10-15 minutes for our checks. The waitress had an attitude the rest of the time she was our server. The restaurant was very busy and loud and crowded. Then when we tried to pay for our ticket, we asked for the veteran discount and even showed our identification for proof. The waitress left another 5 minutes, comes back and says my manager says I can only give a discount to first responders and veterans. ? THEN, she was gone another 10 minutes before I finally got fed up and went looking for her with my CC. The service was bismal and we will NOT be back. On a side note, the same manager that talked to us at the table was also cussing at the bar by the entrance, loud enough that we were able to hear it clearly. She said the F word no less than 3x. And 2 parties left their tables before they even got their orders bc it took so long for their food.

The food is pretty good but ITS NOT WORTH the TERRIBLE service. Every single time the service is bad. This time apparently my son couldn't have a high chair at a booth in the back of the restaurant because it was a fire hazard, so they wanted him to be in a high chair next to a party of 20+ people because apparently that's safer? Was rude upon explaining.. but it's not just this time, it's been every single time we have visited they've been so terrible. I think I'll just skip it from now on or get to go orders only.

Ordered via Uber Eats: Buffalo Chicken Sandwich w/Straight Fries, Philly Cheesesteak w/Waffle Fries, and Cajun Chicken Alfredo. Overall food was warm and tasty however: a) The Cajun Chicken Alfredo was too salty. b) They did not include any ketchup for the fries, sweet honey bbq requested for the chicken sandwich, and utensils. Would order from them again however will probably pick up in store rather than order via Uber Eats.

My food was cold ! The bone in wings were dry. When I specifically said to add extra sauce. The curly fries looked like they were sitting there for a good while. And not only that I didn?t get my waffle fries.
