Rodnokers - Bayou La Batre

While on vacation in the area, we decided to check out this restaurant. Although their hours indicated they were open, it felt a bit off when we arrived. A man greeted us and mentioned that they weren’t serving food at that time. It seemed like the chef is only available occasionally, or perhaps the place caters primarily to locals. I would have loved to sample their dishes, especially since it’s situated right by the water where boats come in, promising the freshest seafood. I’ll update my review once I have the chance to actually dine there.

Completely one-of-a-kind! If you're looking for a relaxed way to explore the shrimp industry while enjoying some cold beers, this is the perfect place to be!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE going to this place on Wednesday evenings for the all you can eat boiled shrimp, fried shrimp fried fish filets. Yumminess! The only thing we don't like is the heavy cigarette smoking smells.
