Contribuiți la feedbackUpdate: I returned yesterday and service was better. Also, I see they were in the process of training more employees. Workers should be changing gloves after cleaning. I saw 1 worker doing multiple jobs while fixing orders. Dipping the same gloves in cheese and lettuce that just came out of some bucket filled with God knows what is unacceptable. There were other workers there by the way. Preparing the food is another story. I will say I agree with someone else about online orders being priority. The same unsanitary worker was making a complete mess fixing those before getting to mine. Maybe I came at a bad time because I never had anything bad to say before tonight. I got a bowl and my daughter got a burrito. Look at how much care went into wrapping the burrito
The food is quite average—what you'd expect from a typical Qdoba location. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. It seems like the staff might be a bit overwhelmed. They handle a large volume of online orders, which often take precedence over the customers dining in the restaurant. Several times, while preparing my meal, they would pause to attend to an online order. During my checkout, the employee assisting me even paused to take a phone call, engaging in a dispute while we were in the middle of our transaction. I understand that they are busy, but I believe bringing on an additional employee could really help manage the workload better.
The food lacks flavor, and for nearly $12, the bowl is only half full. Other places definitely give you more for your money. This is the second time I've tried Qdoba from different locations, and both times I've been disappointed.
The food was excellent and the portion sizes were typical for this restaurant. However, the staff appeared quite unmotivated and didn’t offer any greetings. Many of them were also seen using their phones. That said, the establishment was clean, and I overall had a pleasant dining experience.
My husband and I went to Bayonne location on 05/31/2022 around 7pm and let me tell you, the portion of meat the server gave us was so small that we literally counted about 10-12 small pieces of grilled chicken. For the price we paid, I would expect more than that. I was so disappointed that never again we will order from there. Let's not forget the cashier who was on duty around 7pm. She has the most nastiest attitude with her eyes rolling and sucking her teeth as if she had a piece of chicken stuck between her teeth. Slamming the item on the counter. Who does that? Whenever we go there, never once I saw her smile and pleasant with customers. She had one face for everything( the face of, i hate this effing job kinda face). You can't be in the front line and expect customers to come back with that kind of attitude. Workers need customer service training or get better workers. Huge disappointment! I will be taking my service elsewhere. I even took pictures of our meal beforehand.
