Cloak Petal Nj Latin Eatery - Bayonne

First time wanting to visit this place to order breakfast on Sunday, and I made sure if they were open on Google which the hours showed 12PM-7PM. Upon arrival the door is locked and the lights are out with no open sign. On the front of the door was the hours on Sunday that shows 12PM-7PM and I was there 1PM in the afternoon? I just went somewhere else to get breakfast. I came back on Wednesday at 4PM and still closed? This is not a business it’s more of a house. A normal restaurant should be opened at least all weekday long. This isn’t it.

Please! If you love good tasting food, you have to try this place! Im a bean person and Beans where the best in bayonne hands down pernil delicious and flavorful rice great beefsteak encebollado amazing, so great I didn't have to cook today and got to eat great my family loved it all ?

Delicious bacalaitos, white rice and red beans, the Cuban sandwhich was so tasty! Great homemade Puerto Rican food. Reminds me of my abuelita's cooking.

Very calm and friendly environment. Food was cooked fresh to order and very tasteful home made feel to it. 10/10
