A 1960's style rural burger bar, BUT the meat is local and high quality. The choice of burger or chicken dinners is unbelievable for a seasonal restaurant (closes after Canadian thanksgiving until May?) Swiss chees and mushroom burger is one of my faves. Desert choices of "blixzards, dipped soft serve, sundaes is extensive and I love "blizzards" but now find I prefer the dipped cones so I don't stuff myself. Good pricing, good food and a unique country setting to enjoy a fast (not a typical fast food) meal. Worth a try for a real good "fry"
I have been dining at Woodland for 35 years and I have never been disappointed. I am pleased to see that they are still thriving.
