No parking space, No disposable spoon and fork on no plastic day they should provide bamboo spoon and forks or biodegradable specially on travelers who need to take out food.

Jollibee reminds me of the happy moments we had together.

Wait times are long around lunch, but the food was good, and kids liked the place. Would come back again

Dining in customers should not pick up the orders upon payment, service crews must bring the order to the dine-in customers...

Jollibee's food and service have greatly deteriorated. The chicken was kind of dry. The rice was too wet. The service could be totally improved. The restaurant was kind of dirty dirty floor, dirty table, messy arrangements. Are they even sanitising the trays? I doubt it.
