I conversed with Josh before ordering any coffees and he was very responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I was a bit skeptical due to past experiences with other brands offering flavored coffees. My experience has been that they are very aromatic but rarely did they translate into a pleasing flavor in the coffee. Not so with NY Gourmet Coffee. Finally a place to buy more than just vanilla or hazelnut coffee which is all the stores seem to have on offer. My husband and I love flavored coffee and having a place that delivers locally is fantastic.
