I had an amazing experience at this Thai restaurant! I initially visited due to the reasonable prices, but Galanga exceeded my expectations with their delectable vegan faux meat dishes and delicious drinks. I particularly enjoyed the fake beef option. The interior of the restaurant is lovely, and the service was quick and attentive. I was thrilled with my visit and will definitely be returning in the future.

While the menu may not appear to be very vegan-friendly at first glance, most dishes can actually be made vegan. Their curry paste is fish sauce-free and they offer tofu and mock chicken as protein substitutes. Additionally, many appetizers and salads are already vegan. They can also make the Thai iced tea without dairy.

The papaya salad at this restaurant is incredible. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
