Wendy's - Bay Saint Louis

We dined at this restaurant for lunch on a Thursday and it was very busy. However, the staff did their best to accommodate everyone. Our salads were fresh and the lemonade was refreshing. The service was a bit slow, but the staff remained patient and everything turned out well.

The chili was served lukewarm and the staff did not wear gloves. I ordered a single burger with ketchup and pickles, but they refused to correct my order when I mentioned there was no cheese on it. I thought I had been clear when I placed my order. I would not recommend going back to this restaurant.

We dined at this restaurant two days in a row, although I'm not sure why we decided to return for a second meal. During one visit, my nuggets were served cold. On the second day, we encountered a toilet paper roll submerged in dirty water in the only restroom near the dining area. However, the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich I ordered was tasty, though I was grateful to have eaten it before using the restroom. The building itself appeared old and poorly maintained, evident by the worn-out appearance. Additionally, a lamp at the neighboring table was missing a bulb, and the men's restroom had a broken flush from years of wear and tear. I did not thoroughly inspect the restroom facilities.

Waited in line 7 minutes, at the speaker over 4 minutes, and for food a few more. It's no longer fast food if it takes more than 10 minutes.

Avoid at all costs. There were 6 people working, half with gloves on, and they were collectively doing the work at the speed of one person. I saw a man make a fry, put it down on the counter, decide it wasn't needed, and throw them back in the tray for future use (no gloves either). Manager was not even there. I was told I would be getting a burger and got a chicken sandwich. The fries were ice cold. At least the bottled water was water. Everyone else inside with me had issues with their orders too. There was even a 5 minute long discussion with someone in the drive thru that somehow took up all of the employees except one. The whole scene was tough to watch.
