Monterey Mexican Grill - Bay Minette

We noticed last year that this restaurant had declined, but we gave it another chance, and it was a huge mistake! There was no air conditioning for the women, the food was terrible, and the service was nonexistent. The next time I visit, it will be just to take cover from a passing storm, definitely not to eat anything in this place!

I visited this restaurant tonight with my family, and the food was disappointing. To make matters worse, while my daughter was eating, a cockroach crawled onto her napkin! We decided to leave, and I informed the waitress, but there was no response, no apology—nothing at all! We ended up paying $60 for a meal with cockroaches!

I absolutely love this place! I have a great time every time I visit, and the food is delicious as well.

The wait staff is really good. they are extremely fast and get to know their repeat customers.

The waiter knows who we are when we walk in very friendly with amazing food
