Costa Coffee - Bay Horse

Southbound weak tasteless coffee with appalling service. Coffee to go served in glasses, then plastic cups thrown on to the tray for me to pour the coffee into. Waitress should have done that since her mistake. Add insult to injury £4.20 for a medium coffee. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10

Alex, the young lady behind the counter, was brilliant. She was hard working, pleasant, efficient and made lovely drinks. I own a cafe, and Alex was so good. Wheelchair accessibility: Very difficult and impossible for wheelchair users. The lifts did not work Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

Absolute rip off. £4.20 for a medium latte. No thanks
