Taco Bell - Bay City

The food was fresh and served hot, prepared to perfection. The staff was friendly and efficient. Additionally, there’s a fantastic view of the Hofhaus.

I just visited the drive-thru on October 26th at 10:30 PM and I genuinely feel awful about my behavior. The employee kindly asked if I wanted sauce with my meal, but I mistakenly thought it was my friend speaking, and I ended up saying something rude. I sincerely apologize for not directing my attention properly. You, as a valued Taco Bell staff member, deserve better.

I give them a 4 because everytime I go, something is made wrong. I do get crazy edits on my food so I understand but I still would like what I ordered. Aside from that the people are great, the place is clean and the line moves at a decent speed. Review disclosure: I worked for taco bell for a couple years back in the 20teens. Hands down the worst taco bell I've been to for quality of service get the orders wrong 3/4 of the time

Bay city you disappoint me. Skinny lady seems like she was on drugs can’t get the order straight. Under staffed forgot items in the order. Didn’t put order in the $5. Box so when I get home didn’t know what anything was. Forgot the crunch wraps. Sat in the line for over an hour. There is no space to get out of the line once you commit to the drive through your stuck. She kept putting her hands in her mouth. Jaw geeking like a fiend. Never again.
