Mcdonald's - Bay City

I ordered it aside. it took 5 minutes to get our 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. l rain with 1 saw, 2 sugars, 3 ices. the coffee had no sugar and was hot. the other coffee was small decaf 1 cream and light ice. if we had it perhaps broken, with saw and much sugar.

This is Ghetto Mac. Customer service is hit and miss, long waits sometimes, dirty. In fact the floors inside are slippery from grease. Other than the typical complaints this is just your average McDonald's. You should use the app here if at all possible to save time. What I do want to compliment though is some of the staff. Some of the staff, especially morning crew are some of the nicest fast food employees I have ever met.

Never had any issues until today. The person taking payments was never there fortunately I use the app. When I got to the window to pick up my food they gave me the completely wrong order, none of my items were correct outside of the hash brown for breakfast.

Ordered online and went through drive thru. I was ignored while three other cars pulled ahead of me and was given an attitude with the girl who took my order. The other cars had such a nice lady and I was treated like I shouldn't have even been there lol what even

Was told they are only accepting cash at the time (3am) due to nightly computer reboot. Was told it takes about ten minutes. Told them I could pay with cash. Then they said the couldn't even take cash since their calculator was broken. Told them I would wait until computers came back on and they said computers would be down until 6am.
