Our waitress was so attentive. so the service should be, and all the waitresses in the crackerfass were friendly. I checked you. I didn't even have to ask for a refilling my icy. she saw the glass a quarter of the way and brought me an icy. I and my wife we were treated as if the royal leaders
My family had just gone from an accident on the I75 halfway to our holiday destination. the stellar of the sheriffs brought us to the cracker barrel on e wilder st in bay city. we were shaken and daniel darling the associate manager controlled. he found a place for all our cases and found a table for us to process what had happened. daniel ensured that we were taken care of all the time and showed a lot of gnade that we could stay there for over 2 hours while we were waiting for the transport. the food was of course great, but it was the careful and the consideration daniel and his staff showed my family. it was welcomed that there was a terrible situation and daniel, his personal and cracker barrel were handed over and we appreciate it.
Great atmosphere. Fireplace at Central of the dining area got me a little nostalgic of eating chicken and dumplings at my grandmother's house. Ordered chicken and dumplings and it was a very good meal.
We meet my parents here once a month for breakfast and have always had a really good experience with the staff. This time however we did not have a very pleasant hostess. She showed us to a table that had people close behind us and us being bigger sized would have been bumping chairs so we asked for a table with more room and there were plenty of open tables as they weren't busy. She clearly was not happy about this and rudely picked up the menus, rolled her eyes, said well I guess and guided us to a table we asked to sit at. We got through breakfast with a wonderful waitress and training waiter when the hostess came over to ask if we needed something because we were looking at an antique and talking about it. My husband asked for a to go cup to put his lemonade in and she brought him a cup and no lid. He just ended up dumping the lemonade because no one was around for a lid as we were leaving.
