Food truck very well known from Montpellier and surrounding cities, it was a good time that I expected to taste their dishes. Communication level, no problem since their schedule is online on their public FB page every Sunday for the week that comes. This food truck presents the originality of offering a dish in the world in addition to its burgers. And the dish in the world for a few weeks is the bo bun: I have as much love for this dish as for the burgers. When you arrive, the burgers and fries are made minute but very quickly (printed! and the bo bun are already ready. The service is very kind and reactive, they even have a very cool graphics fidelity card. Great disappointment for my bun bo: it was all dry and the ingredients used had no or more taste. Really hot, I ended it because I don't like wasting food but I forced myself. I don't know what happened with him and it clearly cooled me to taste a next dish in the world of this food truck. Concerning the burger the bread was mediocre (he had an industrial aftertaste _: but the content was good (it was difficult to really appreciate it with a mediocre bread. The fries were excellent! In dessert, we tasted the chocolate and caramel pielette with a little pistachio on the top that was successful and the chocolate marbling cookie that I did not like as a cookie (because it had no form (here it is all swollen ! neither the texture of a cookie but that was good if we took it more like a kind of marrow. For the price: the dish of the world and the burger (including chips are 8 euros each. The cookie costs 2 euros and the dessert of day 3 euros. This is more than a 2.5 because I had a mixed experience but for the very good service I couldn't put only 2. I'll come back to test in a while hoping that that night was just mistakes.
