The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf (desa Parkcity)

I need to wait just the mayonnaise for 10mins whereby there were NO FULL HOUSE OR BARELY 50% OCCUPYING. The waiters here do not give priority to the request of customer, I requested a bowl for my children but they just kept me waiting and continued to wipe the table and arrange the chairs slowly. What a bad service!

Went to the branch at Waterfront@Desa Park City. Worst experience so far compared to other branches I went before. Stand at the entrance without anyone serving for 5 minutes though is not crowded. Slow and mistake make when comes to food serving. I'm not blaming the staffs, is the management should take note on this matter to organise well in order for the restaurant to run smoothly and make customers feel comfortable.

Average food . Some item ok and some item too sweet.

Been visiting this Rakuzen ever since the opening. Sad to feedback that the portion is no longer reasonable. The salmon sashimi rice set is no longer value for money. The sashimi is now cut into very thin slices and not as thick as previously. Weekends always pack with people and ensure the booking is made in advance to avoid a long waits.

The worst service ever from any restaurants I have been to. Walked into the restaurant served by a manager with his upset look, seated for five minutes without being offered any menu. Even the customers who came after me got served with food menu. Approached the manager to ask if there's anything wrong but was treated rudely, he came with menu and shouted at his staff in front of everyone for not serving me. Staff shouted bad publicly as well. Left the restaurant without ordering anything, had enough of drama from unhappy staffs and, REALLY THE WORST SERVICE EVER.
