Domino's Pizza - Battlefield

I went into domino's tonight on republic road in Springfield MO to pick up my online order and I could see the young man having a rough time and was the only one there. He had been so busy he hadn't started my order yet. I told him not to worry I could see he was busy and it wasn't a big deal. He was so professional and polite. I had no problem waiting. This young man handle everything very well. I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much young man.

It was extremely busy but the people working there worked hard and got my order done!

Wow. Never in my life have I ordered delivery from a restaurant and have the driver call me to tell me they 're in the back of my apartment and say Do you mind walking around back to get your pizza? All they had to do was pull 20 ft around the corner and my front door would have been right there. I wasn 't even planning on opening the door and having them leave it on the porch. Totally uncalled for. Terrible service

No reason not to like this location so far. Always use the pickup window and there's hardly ever any wait, and when there is, it's short. People I've interacted with at the window are always friendly enough. On top of all that, the food quality has always been up to par. Can't knock it for anything!
