Taco Bell - Battle Ground

I've had nothing but negative experiences at this restaurant. We've ordered food through drive-thru or delivery about four or five times, and it's been disappointing every time. The drive-thru is always crowded, the service is slow, and our orders are frequently incorrect, with missing items. Even when we request hot sauce, it often isn't included, and the food looks poorly prepared. While I don't expect gourmet quality from fast food, I can't even classify this as fast or good. I wish them well, but I don't think we will be ordering from here again.

A few friends and I ordered food from this restaurant without cheese because two of us are lactose intolerant. However, instead of omitting the cheese, they piled it on everything. I honestly can't see how that could have been a mistake, especially since the staff seemed to be in a bad mood. I didn’t mind their attitude too much until I discovered that our meals consisted of nothing but cheese and meat. I had even ordered through the app to ensure that the modifications were correctly noted.

This Taco Bell is incredibly disappointing. I've had better food from the trash behind Safeway. If I could give it -3 stars, I would. It's just unacceptable.

I know the workers are doing there best to get orders out with the large amount of volume they have in the drive through. However, nearly every time we go our order is incorrect. Mistakes to requests on specifically the food we order. The customer service ranges to amazing to awful. Recently the customer service has been getting better just not the specifics to the order. Again, its fast food, and I'm glad they offer jobs to younger folks to start getting experience in the work force, so small mistakes are to be expected. I do appreciate them for how hard the seem to be working. Often the drive through has 10 cars and they do keep cars moving. We appreciate you all for how hard you work.

Every time I order here something is always messed up in the order. The food is always put together so bad. Today I made an online order, it took 40 minutes! Waited in the actual restaurant for 30 minutes, when asked how long it would take they just shrugged and said I don’t know. When I finally got it, it was cold and it was a combo box yet it was thrown into a bag and the chips were dumped. The crunch wrap wasn’t even closed there was a giant hole in the middle. I’m mostly annoyed about how they don’t take online orders more promptly. The drive through was moving very fast, yet my food took 40 minutes and it was a small regular amount of food.
