The food is just as amazing as it looks. They really go the extra mile when it comes to flavor and texture.

The highlight of my visit that afternoon was definitely the taro tapioca boba milkshake. It was delicious! I was quite thirsty, and with the unusually warm weather, it remained refreshingly cool for a surprisingly long time. The tapioca pearls were cooked perfectly, which is not always the case. I would definitely return for a) the boba milkshake (I had mine with coconut milk), b) the excellent customer service, and c) it's a great option if you're traveling (it's located near a Best Western).

I tried the chicken pillow Thai, and it was different from other places. It wasn't overly heavy and had a fantastic flavor. I can't wait to go back and try the soup!

I will begin to say that we end up our review by the manager but, the suppe was terrible. it was cold and the meat was old and uneditable. the pad thai smells sour and the drench sprouts where brown and old. even the jalapeño for the suppe was dry. there are much better places in vancouver.

Food is good. As is selection. But don't go in expecting to be treated like a valued customer. Service is shoddy at best. We go back for the food, have yet to leave a decent tip as it is by no means deserved. Treat your customers better. When they ask for eating utensils (because you didn't bring ANYTHING but the meal to the table, don't give them a small plastic spoon for the pho. Oh, and do some research on their score with the state- they are a suffering business but they do have potential.
