This is very much used by locals and therefore you get a very good local experience. The venue is a lovely setting although the street is a little raw. I think they only had one menu in English. The selection is extensive for drinks and food. The translation on the menu is a little strange. I.e. we ordered the beef with lemon juice, which turned out to be steak tartare. Not something i would usually order but was very nice. The prices are unbelievable. The menu lists 2 prices for small and large size. We thought the small would be tapas style, how very wrong. Each was a small main. None were over $2 and we ordered 9..ops 9 main courses and two very large bottles of larger for $24. Would definitely recommend if you have a little bit of an adventure side.
