Wendy's - Baton Rouge

Where do I start... from the attitude of the staff to the feces covered toilet paper set on top. We ordered a 4x4, plain cheeseburger, and southwest avocado salad. Cheeseburger made wrong, gave us the wrong salad, and when they finally figured out how to load the syrup in the soda machine- they filled the cup right away instead of letting it run to actually taste like a soda and not carbonated water. Disgraceful. When I requested napkins because there was none in the dining area due to no paper towels in the bathroom- a lady who was ordering everyone around with sweatpants in a red shirt on the customer side told me they were in there I had to open the silver cabinet with the key. I went back in and fed their paper towels through the machine since they didn't care enough to do their job. We were so irritated with having to go back to fix the burger after that we just didn't go back for the correct salad for my other half. Keep driving. There are more Wendy's that actually give a damn about their job and customers. Awful.

No matter how often I go to this location (maybe 5 times in the last 3 years), they never get my order correct. I ordered a pre made salad and a drink. Easy peasy. Wrong! First, no salad dressing. Second, given a spoon and knife to eat a salad! Third, the apples were so old they were almost see through! What gives?!?

The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. I would give this place a perfect 10/10. It's also wheelchair accessible, with ample parking spaces, wheelchair ramps, and designated disabled parking spots.

They are so rude. it is very easy to be polite. if they don't want to work there, just stop. Thank you.

Food came out alright, but totally rude customer service. Talking trash about us with the window WIDE OPEN and how much of a burden it was for them with only four people working... that's not our problem, like I get it but seriously?? We didn't have that complicated of an order. Had to go back for our drinks and couldn't walk in to get them, the doors were locked. Had people standing outside. Denied us the third frosty we had placed an order for, we made sure at the window that we had two mediums and one small frosty... they said yes. And low and behold they said we didn't order a third frosty once everything came out and said that we couldn't order another once we were at the window. Like really? No spoons no straws no ketchup. I'm surprised how this place had 4 stars. One of the girls working was the most awful person. And I just wanna say I hope her life gets better and bless her heart bc she needs it. Rude asf.
