Wendy's - Baton Rouge

I visited on September 29, 2022, at 4:30 PM, and unfortunately, all my food was cold. I specifically asked for hot food. I ordered two 5 for $5 specials and three 4 for $4 specials, and I was really disappointed. I tried calling several times to address the issue, but I was left hanging. Was it worth it? I'm not so sure.

I just stopped eating. The drive-thru menu was hard to read because there were no lights on it, even though there were lights inside. When I got to the window, a few employees were giggling. I asked if they were open, and they said they were, but I couldn't place my order at the window. They told me I had to go around again. I'm not coming back. When their nighttime business drops, they should consider looking at their staff. Turning on the menu lights would definitely help.

This was the first Slovenian drive-thru I've ever visited, and unfortunately, the staff lacked any customer service skills or proper training.

Update! you have a lot better service now! Never had salate as my girl wants. also very rude in the process. not much love. the line in the drive is never long from a bottom.

Broken drive-thru, that I'm sure loses this place tons of money because people just think it's closed. Why would you be so cheap you just leave money and business on the table like that?When you do actually order, they're out of everything that isn't a standard burger and fries.Cool, I just leave and go to another restaurant down the street. What a way to run a business. Good job.
