Contribuiți la feedbackOh my goodness! a must stop and visit, if at all in baton rouge! no sweat, I wish I could meet the owner and talk about a franchise! where should I start? space, spectacular and clean, workers were never just standing around, always wiping down when they were not with a table. Eat, fresh, excellent and I don't even remember chewing. it was downstairs, the top 3 pizzas I had personally ever. the personal! (maid) great job!
Server Dayana was extremely rude and treated us as if any issues were our fault. We got charged extra for an add on to a pizza and it was not put on the pizza. When asked if we could remove the extra charge she got defensive and blamed us for not saying anything when she asked us how the food was when she had not come and asked us how our food was. She forgot to put in one of our orders and when we asked about it she just walked away without saying anything and then came back and asked what we ordered. When talking to one of my other friends who was trying to figure out a charge she told him he needed to call down and not raise his voice when he was simply confused why somthing was being charged for when we had been given the impression it was a free complimentary birthday cookie when we asked if they did anything for birthdays there and said yes I can bring a cookie out. It made for a very unpleasant experience when we were suppose to be enjoying a birthday meal.
Wonderful flavor and wonderful service. Unfortunately they did forget to add chicken to a calzone we ordered but, they were quick to remedy the situation and very apologetic. Best service we've had in Baton Rouge so far.We will definitely be going back.
Called to place a to go order as I left work. Managed to drive, park and walk in, still on hold. 13 minutes on hold. And when I let them know inside that I want to place an order and have been on hold 13 minutes, all I get is annoyed responses for pointing it out. There were 7 customers inside, not like it was busy. It was a mistake, but when you can 't just say sorry and at least show some understanding, then your service is unlikely to handle anything else well. Never again.Update! Finally got my order. And it was wrong. That did get a sorry. Getting it fixed now. Somehow my Garden alfredo calzone, swapping marinara for alfredo became Garden alfredo, swapping alfredo for the marinara. Not sure how it is possible to remove marinara from a garden alfredo and add alfredo. I mean, it starts with alfredo sauce. But just reiterates that quality has declined here. Not worth your money or time.
Poor customer service. The online order we had placed nearly two hours prior hadn’t even been started when we went to pick the food up at the scheduled time. Waited for almost 25 minutes before being told that our order was going to be an additional 30 minutes. Severely understaffed for a Saturday night, yet the staff were standing around, seeming unsure of what to do.
