Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Baton Rouge

If there was a 0 start, I would do it! Worst location ever! All employees are rude and they have no customer service at all! You don?t greet, they don?t speak clearly, they do not have patience!!! And if you ask questions, they'll be crazy!! However, with the Auricular and at the window this time 8:30 a.m. August 21st 2022, What a badly bad employee! Never again at this point, I live in the center, but I prefer to go to another place that this!!!!

I order a two-piece chicken spicy and my chicken tastes mild and the fat was definitely old. The chicken sat under a light and the skin was hard. The lady at the front counter was definitely not happy to be at work, but the guys in the back worked hard to get the orders.

My experience at this point was very great, the staff was very nice to me! I recommend all 5 stars to this place. Mrs.Barbra was very concerned about me after a bad experience in another place. When she sacked my food, she cracked jokes to make me smile after she saw that I was upset. Thank you Mrs Barbra

Every time I visit this Popeyes site, my order is very friendly to the workers there. That all Popeyes had such employees.. I give them 5 STARS

July 4 7:35 2022 HORRIBLE!!! 3 workers outside smoking with just 2 inside but one was cooking and one doing drive thru. Waited 10 minutes which was longer then I wanted to wait then gave up. As I left them employees were laughing and one said there?s one less white customer we have to worry about coming back). Which at Popeyes this doesn?t surprise me at all. And she is right that is one Less customer they will have! Unfortunately it doesn?t matter though because this is nothing new so district manager could care less as well!
